As part of the Back to Basics (B2B) programme of putting the concerns of the people first, MEC for the department of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) will be visiting the community of Elliotdale to discuss service delivery issues which have led to violent protests this week. MEC Xasa will also attend to complaints raised by Ratepayers of Mbhashe Local Municipality. The visit will take place on 02 May 2016. The details are as follows;
- 10h00-12h00 meeting at Jalamba Traditional Council in Ward 18,
- 13h00-15h00 meeting at Mqhele Administrative area in Ward 28.
